Talking about Blogging.
The blog turned 13. It’s a teenager now.
Besides the milestone of keeping on blogging for such a long time, which makes this blog one of the most long lasting tech blogs run by an individual, that “13 years” thing is very important to me as I was 13 when I got my first computer.
It was a Commodore Plus 4.
Without internet around, I turned into an avid magazine reader.
At the age of 13, living in a small town, once a month I went by train to a bigger city to find the only newsstand selling computer magazines coming from abroad.
Then I moved to a Commodore 128 with its sprite editor, then an Amiga 2000 with a PC emulator – don’t remember if AT or XT – finally an Amiga 1200 to land on Windows world with a Pentium 133.
It all started when I was 13, and now the blog is 13.
Thank you for being my loyal reader during all these years, I hope I gave you some inspiration without forcing you to catch a train and hunt for foreign magazines.
Never miss an update! Subscribe, and I will bother you by email only when a new game or full source code comes out.
