Talking about Game development, HTML5, Javascript, Monetize and Phaser.
Do you already follow me on itch.io? You definitively should, because it’s where I publish my latest HTML5 games, and the latest one is Drop the Square, based on my Perfect Square! tutorial series.
The script to build this game is 335 lines long, and this is a proof you can build full hyper casual games in really a few lines thanks to the power or Phaser. My other games range from 256 to 656 lines, brackets included.
And the particle background in Drop the Square has been built with the technique explained in this post, using multiple scenes, because each and every tutorial or code snippet I publish can be used to build or improve actual games.
Do you want to learn to build hyper casual HTML5 games?
You can follow my courses to build a vertical endless runner like Tunnel Trouble or an horizontal endless runner like Irresponsible Ninja.
It’s everything in my Gumroad page, but now have fun with Drop the Square.
Never miss an update! Subscribe, and I will bother you by email only when a new game or full source code comes out.
